Summer Schedule 2017

Human Ambition’s swims are revolving around three swims every week. Monday and Wednesday at Hellasgården. The same time and location we have used for 15 years, at the dock outside of the Sauna. Friday Morning we gather at Primusgatan on Lilla Essingen. All the swims are conducted from your own level. Swimmin’ Safari is an Adventure Swim performed Saturday Morning in wonderful Stockholm.

Friday 07:00 LILLA ESSINGEN (Primusgatan at Pappas Deli) OPEN WATER SKILLS
Saturday 08:00 SWIMMIN’ SAFARI (Different Place Every Week – Check Below)

Saturday July 15th: LOOPING LÅNGHOLMEN. We circle the Prison Island in Central Stockholm. 3,5-4,0 km. Meetup 7:40 AM at the Parking Spot under Västerbron.
Saturday July 22nd: INVADING INGARÖ. Swimming the most beautiful archipelago of Stockholm. High diving possibilities. Meet up 7:40 AM at parking Björnöreservatet.
Saturday July 29th: EXPLORING EDSVIKEN. See you 07:45 at Bockholmsvägen (at bridge to Bockholmen). 4K. 2 hours.

Monthly Fee: 800:-/month (excluding Breakdown Swimming).
Drop in: 150:-.

This is a small group analysis at Centralbadet. Maximum three swimmers. Takes a little more than two hours and gives you a rainbow colored document with a plan for optimizing your swimming.
FEE: 1500:-

Practice with the Head Coach of Sweden Open Water. 60 minutes. Lake or Pool.
FEE: 1 session for 1200:- 3 for 2700:-

Mikael Rosén har tränat vuxna simmare och triathleter sedan 2002. Några av dem han jobbat med är Margit Ohlsson, världsmästare 2010 på ryggsim i D65-69, Antti Antonov, europamästare på Ironmandistansen 2010 och David Näsvik, svensk mästare i triathlon på Ironmandistansen 2010, Pontus Lindberg, svensk mästare på samma distans 2011.
